The study group events are scheduled after our “Wild Woman’s Way” 5-Day Intensive in May and “Embodied Ecstasy, Erotic Mystery” 5-Day Intensive in October, for maximum immersion and practice opportunity.
In this Women’s Study Group we will build from foundational practices to the deeper Tantric applications, as well as new embodiment and women’s group material.
The Women’s Study Group is a small group dedicated to specific personal practice and by application only. The intent for this Women’s Group is to offer each woman the opportunity to unveil more of who she is, her gifts and closures alike. Together we will dive into the psycho-sexual realms and into areas that can only be explored in the company of great women.
The focus of this group will be embodiment as an emotional, spiritual and sexual practice as well as developing devotional gifts specific to each woman in the group.
In this intense, highly personalized setting you will receive one-on-one attention, group support and monthly assignments, as well as monthly practice videos. We will meet two times in person for a full day, with individual assignments and tailored support. You will engage in supervised self practice and group assignments between sessions. We will also have one live call to check-in and connect as a group. There will be additional connection via a designated facebook group and you will receive monthly practice videos from Michaela.

Michaela Boehm is a lineage holder in Kashmiri Shaivism Tantra having received a classical tantric education from the age of 16. In addition to over twenty years of extensive academic and clinical background in psychology and counseling, Michaela also traveled and co-taught with David Deida for 13 years. She has developed a women’s curriculum for feminine embodiment as well as teaching couples and men about the principles of intimacy and polarity. This is the only in-depth study opportunity with Michaela in Europe.
Steve James travels internationally teaching somatic practices, meditation, yoga, as well as leading explorations in contemplative, mystic, and relational realms.
Known for his intelligent, grounded approach and his dedication to first-hand research he has extensive experience in elite athletic performance, contemplative and spiritual disciplines, the arts, extreme outdoor survival, and human behavior.
In addition to private client work and international public workshops, Steve has released a DVD series of his movement approach called the Movement Koan® Method, a fusion of joint-nourishing movement and body-based mindfulness.
Steve’s current private clients range from pioneering entrepreneur CEO’s and multi-billion dollar fund managers to multiple Grammy-winning musical artists and Oscar-winning actors.
